Alam Shah was a constant supplier of players for KL and some top Junior League Clubsduring the 90s and mid 00s before moving to Putrajaya.
After moving to Putrajaya, Alam Shah was placed under MSS Selangor. Representing the Sepang district, Alam Shah never failed to supply players for Selangor up until 2007 when Putrajaya was announced to be an independent state under MSSM where the whole Putrajaya team was represented by the boys of Alam Shah.
From 2006-2008, it marked as the Golden Period for the Alam Shah hockey team as the team was a constant semi finalist in the National SBP competition and had 9 players that were called up for the national under 16 squad.
During that period too, there are several Alam Shah boys were selected to represent some top Junior League clubs and SUKMA teams.
In 2008, Alam Shah debuted in both Malaysia Junior Hockey League and Malaysia Hockey League, way ahead of other SBPs, standing side by side with those renown National Sports School such as SSBJ and SSBP. Alam Shah finished 7th in their maiden MHL campaign.
Alam Shah had gone to the final of the Central Zone SBP almost every year. We managed to play in the national tournament for 5 times. The players are training hard to be the champion of the SBP hockey tournament.
Until today, Alam Shah is still the state champion and a constant provider for Junior League clubs . ASHOC aims to be the National champion and will not give up until our dream can be realised.
